1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return or exchange your product if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • It is returned within 7 days of delivery

  • The item is in its original packaging, including tags and box

Returns requested beyond 7 days will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Used or damaged shoes

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Custom or made-to-order products

3. Exchange Policy

  • If you wish to exchange the size or design, contact us within 7 days.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • You will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product was defective or incorrect.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A wrong product or size

Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

5. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed in the following cases:

  • You returned an item in original condition, and you do not wish to exchange

  • The product is out of stock after your order and cannot be delivered

Refunds are issued via the original payment method or bank transfer, and may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account.
